Joe Keeney and Glenn Turtel together have over 25 years experience in the charter school community. Joe’s extensive background in education includes service as President of a leading national charter school management organization serving over 30,000 students in 14 states and D.C. Glenn’s experience includes the financial management of over 50 charter schools across the country and his expertise includes school business manager training, multi-campus CMO modeling, revenue maximization, and financial audits.
4th Sector Solutions’ Baton Rouge office opened in the spring of 2008 and employs approximately 15 staff. 4th Sector team members are highly motivated individuals dedicated to helping clients create and operate new educational options that significantly improve outcomes for children.
